Our mission: We select and assemble the best meats, cheeses, and gluten-free accoutrements so that the joy of apéro can be enjoyed by everyone. Our motto: charcuterie is an instant mood booster.

We curate deliciously easy and gluten-free charcuterie, including boards, grazing tables, and individual boxes or cups that are perfect for a wedding cocktail hour!

Marie Cameron, the founder of Charcuter-Marie, is a lover of good food and good moods. She refuses to let her Celiac condition limit her enjoyment of either. It is her personal mission to find delicious gluten-free foods to include in perfectly curated charcuterie boards and grazing tables.

Charcuter-Marie operates out of a private commercial kitchen space near downtown Denver and serves the Denver Metro area up North to Boulder/Longmont, South to the Parker, West to Morrison and Evergreen, and East to Aurora.
