The Nicollet Island Pavilion is one of the premier historic venues in the Twin Cities, hosting some of the most upscale events! This Minneapolis landmark is a gem in the community, rich with charm and history. Located on the Mississippi Riverbank, the Nicollet Island Pavilion has a fantastic view of the Minneapolis skyline. Nicollet Island Pavilion was built in 1893 as William Brothers Boiler Works. The building has had various ownerships until 1976 when it was acquired by the Minneapolis Park Board and eventually restored to the beautiful event space.
