In lieu of gifts, Michael and Crystal asked guests to donate to their charity to help continue cancer research in hopes of one day finding a cure. Michael started the charity, yhim.org, after his father passed away on Father's Day in 2002 from cancer. The charity helps raise funds to support cutting edge research.
