All wedding submissions are reviewed by our editorial team before they are accepted and published. The review process may take 4-6 weeks to complete and you will be notified via email if your wedding was approved and published.

For the best chance of being approved, please complete all of the submission requests in this form.

Please also understand that we are a small team and cannot respond to inquiries about your submission status.

Weddings on Carats & Cake not only help other couples plan their big event, but also celebrate the incredible vendor team that made it happen. If you do not have the appropriate approvals, please ask the parties involved and return to this submission form. Using photos without permission is against the law. Carats & Cake does not require the exclusive rights to weddings so you may also publish elsewhere.


For optimal posting opportunities, please provide a link to your complete wedding photo gallery via the photographer, dropbox or other file sharing system and any social specific assets that you have available. When sharing a gallery that requires a username please use social@caratsandcake.com. If a password is required, please include that below.

With this submission, I agree to the following terms:

Being featured on Carats & Cake social channels is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of our social team. By granting permission below, you acknowledge that you have the photographer and wedding couple’s approval to use these photos on any of our social channels, including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube. All photos will be credited appropriately.
