How to claim an existing profile
if you search Carats & Cake and find that you already have a profile on the site, simply create an account by clicking Join Now to create a new account and start the claim process.
Once in your account, you'll be able to search Carats & Cake to see if you already have a profile or if you need to start a new one.
If you search and find that your business already has a profile, click on Claim Profile to connect it to your accont. Go through the confirmation steps to connect your new account with your profile.
Once done, you can fully manage and edit your profile!

Can I manage multiple businesses or profiles from one account?
Each business must have its own profile that is managed by one user (one email). If you own or represent more than one business, you’ll need to create and manage a separate profile for each with a unique email.
If your business operates in multiple locations, our membership options allow you to list more than one:
- A free profile allows you to specify up to 3 locations.
- A Verified profile includes up to 5 locations.
- Pro and Pro Plus memberships include up to 10 locations.
What happens if two people try to claim the same profile?
Each profile can only be connected to one email address. Two separate emails cannot manage the same profile. If there’s ever a conflict or confusion about ownership, please reach out to us at hello@caratsandcake.com and our team will help resolve it.
