Submit your wedding through the form on our site to enter our editorial review queue. Every submission is personally reviewed, with Pro Plus members receiving priority review, typically within one week. Priority affects timing, never the editorial decision. You'll hear from us regardless of the outcome. No ghosting, ever.

Featured Weddings
Weddings selected by our editorial team are scheduled for publication on Carats + Cake, celebrating the story, design, and creative team behind the day. Our Featured Wedding experience goes beyond beautiful imagery, bringing together the details, people, and context behind each celebration. Select features also include wedding budgets and cost-per-guest information, offering couples a more useful understanding of how it all comes together.
Some weddings are selected for extended editorial coverage, with our team reaching out directly to coordinate next steps. Once scheduled, Featured Weddings are also considered by our social team for additional exposure across our channels. And publication is only the beginning. Featured Weddings remain part of our growing library of real wedding inspiration, connecting your work to couples who discover it over time.
YOUR PORTFOLIO
Album Weddings
Not every beautiful wedding becomes a Featured Wedding, but that doesn't mean the work stops there. Weddings that aren't selected for editorial publication are curated into Albums, giving you another way to showcase your work within the context of the full celebration.
Albums include up to 20 images and can be updated and organized by you. Members can display their Albums directly on their profiles, building a richer portfolio that reflects the breadth of their work, highlights their collaborators, and gives couples more to discover.
ADDITIONAL EXPOSURE
Social Features
Featured Weddings are reviewed by our social team for potential coverage, whether through dedicated posts, editorial roundups, or broader stories that spotlight a particular detail, style, or trend. Every Featured Wedding also receives a minimum of five Pinterest pins.
But social discovery isn't limited to Featured Weddings. Images curated into Cherry may also find their way into our social storytelling, creating additional opportunities for work to be seen and shared. Whenever we publish your work, we credit the participating vendors so couples can connect the inspiration to the people behind it.

Cherry gives every wedding submission another opportunity to be discovered, one image at a time.
Every submission is reviewed for potential inclusion in our visual discovery experience, where selected images become part of a searchable library of real wedding inspiration. Couples can search naturally for the details, aesthetics, venues, and ideas they're drawn to, then discover the actual weddings and professionals behind them.
Unlike traditional inspiration platforms, Cherry is built entirely from real weddings, with full vendor attribution and no AI-generated or sponsored filler.
And for members, Cherry goes even further. Your personal Cherry Space brings together images from your submitted work, giving you a new way to organize your portfolio, curate Collections, and showcase your specialties beyond the context of a single wedding.
What are you looking for in a Featured wedding?
Every wedding has a story worth celebrating, but a Featured Wedding needs to offer something especially compelling. We look for thoughtful design, strong photography, distinctive details, and storytelling that captures the feeling of the celebration while showcasing the creativity and collaboration of the vendor team. Above all, a Featured Wedding should inspire planning couples and help them discover the professionals who can bring their own vision to life.
Membership status, vendor relationships, and wedding budget are never factors in our editorial decisions.
What are the benefits of submitting a wedding?

What are the possible outcomes of my submission?
Every wedding is reviewed for editorial publication. If selected, it becomes a Featured Wedding on Carats + Cake. If not, it is curated into an Album that members can display on their profiles. All submissions are also considered for Cherry, where selected images can become part of our searchable visual discovery experience. Featured Weddings are reviewed for additional social coverage, while images in Cherry may also be included in future social and editorial stories.
These opportunities are not mutually exclusive. One submission can contribute to your presence across multiple parts of the platform.
What are Albums?
Albums are curated collections of up to 20 images from weddings that aren’t selected as Featured Weddings. They’re created by our editorial team and can be updated by the participating vendors.
Members can display Albums on their profiles, giving couples a more complete view of their work, style, and contributions to each celebration. Albums also help keep your portfolio current as you submit new weddings.
If a wedding I worked on is featured, will it also be posted on social media / Instagram?
Every Featured Wedding is shared with our social team for consideration. Some receive dedicated posts, while others appear in broader editorial stories, trend features, or roundups. Instagram content may also be shared on Facebook and TikTok.
While Instagram coverage isn’t guaranteed, every Featured Wedding receives a minimum of five Pinterest pins. Images included in Cherry may also be selected for additional social coverage over time.
