Submit your wedding through the form on our site to enter the queue. Our editorial team reviews submissions in the order they come in, and Pro Plus members receive priority review within one week. You’ll hear from us regardless of the outcome — no ghosting, ever.

Featured Weddings
If your wedding is selected by our editorial team, it will be scheduled to go live on the site within a few weeks. Weddings chosen for extended features will receive direct communication from our team with next steps. After scheduling, your wedding moves to our social team for further review and potential visibility across our channels.

Album Weddings
Even if your work isn’t featured, we believe it deserves to be seen and celebrated. Weddings that are not featured become available in your profile as an album, where you can curate up to 20 images to showcase your work, your way. Albums offer a valuable opportunity to increase your discoverability, highlight your contributions to the wedding, and connect with planning couples. Sharing on Social
Every featured wedding is evaluated by our social team for potential visibility across our channels. Each one receives at least one spotlight image in our weekly Slice post, and additional features are selected based on storytelling, design, and standout moments. If your wedding gets a dedicated post, all known vendors will be tagged, and you’ll receive an Instagram notification. We also curate select images for Pinterest to extend your reach and inspiration footprint.

Introducing Cherry
Cherry is our new visual discovery tool that helps couples find inspiration — and the creatives behind it. All featured weddings are included, and our editorial team curates select images from album weddings as well, creating meaningful opportunities for discovery that don’t rely on being featured. Cherry will soon expand to include vendor search, where all active profiles are represented and members receive priority placement based on relevancy.

With more vendors submitting, weddings need to truly stand out to be Featured. Cindy, our Editor-in-Chief, selects galleries that feel inspiring—whether through the couple, the details, or the setting. Membership status, vendor team, and budget are never factors during the review process.
Most submissions that aren’t Featured are still approved as Albums, available to all members, which beautifully showcase your work on your profile. And soon, both Featured and Album weddings will appear in our new search—meaning every submission is an opportunity to be discovered.

What are the possible outcomes of my submission?
A Featured Wedding receives its own dedicated page with a curated gallery and vendor team, automatically displays on your profile and every tagged vendor or venue profile, and is eligible for homepage placement, our Featured Weddings hub, highlight galleries, AI-powered search, and even our social channels (all at the discretion of our creative team).
An Album Wedding, available to members, gives approved weddings that aren’t Featured a place to shine. Albums appear directly on your profile, where you can curate the gallery, highlight the vendor team, and share your work beautifully.
What are Albums?
Albums are a way to showcase weddings on your profile, even if they aren’t selected as a Featured wedding. Almost all approved submissions are eligible to become Albums, and they’re available to all paying members.
Think of an Album as a curated gallery on your profile—an easy way to highlight your work, keep your portfolio fresh, and show couples the range of events you’ve been part of.
Albums also play an important role in what’s coming next: our new search feature. Soon, both Featured and Album weddings will surface in search results, giving every submission more ways to get discovered.
If a wedding I worked on is featured, will it also be posted on social media / Instagram?
Maybe! Not every published wedding is featured on our social channels (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Once published, weddings move over to our social team for consideration. Posting is entirely up to their editorial curation.
