How to submit your wedding to be featured on Carats & Cake

Requirements to submit your wedding
When you go to submit your wedding, the process will guide you through all the requirements to give you the best chance of getting your wedding featured. It is ideal to tag your entire vendor and venue team, as well as providing lots of images to best showcase your event.
Wedding submission form issues
If you are having trouble submitting the form, here are some tips that typically resolve any issues:
1. Log out of your account and log back in. When you're ready to start the form, start with a fresh browser session.
2. Check that your browser is up to date - check here!
3. Don’t have a too many tabs open in your browser. Uploading 50+ images will require a lot of memory in the browser, so too many open tabs might "break" the process.
4. Upload web-sized images, not high-res images. Also, upload 3-5 at at time - drag and drop in and make sure they show up - and then drag in a new batch.
5. Try and do the form in one try, and then submit. Don’t do part of the form, let it sit for a few hours and then come back. Do it all at once and submit!
Wedding submission approval process
Unfortunately we can't approve every single wedding that is submitted, but our team will make an effort to review all submitted weddings within 4-8 weeks of submission. You will receive an email if your wedding was either published or not approved. There can be any number of reasons for a wedding to not be approved (not enough photos or vendor credits, incorrect information, etc.).
Please do not reach out to us to ask about the status of your submission, or to inquire why a wedding was not approved. We receive hundreds of submissions weekly, and our small team works diligenty to get through all of them in a timely manner.
Why you should submit your wedding
Carats & Cake is the premier online resource to be featured, and once you are on Carats & Cake, your wedding will be gorgeously dipslyaed for you and your family and friends to see forever.
If a wedding I worked on is published, will it also be posted on social media / Instagram?
Maybe! Not all weddings that are published on Carats & Cake will also be posted to our social accounts (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Once a wedding is published, it moves over to the C&C social team for consideration, and it is entirely up to our social team to curate and post on our social channels.
Given the amount of submissions we receive (and publish), we cannot update you on whether or not your wedding will be featured on our social channels (unless absolutely necessary).
