How to submit a wedding to be featured on your profile
Click on this link to submit a wedding and feature the amazing vendor & venue team!
Requirements to submit your wedding
Submitting your wedding is simple — and the process will guide you step by step to give your submission the best chance of being
- Tagging the entire vendor and venue team so everyone gets visibility.
- Uploading plenty of images that capture the full story — from details and portraits to ceremony and reception.
The best part? Anyone can submit a wedding. Couples, vendors, and PR teams are all welcome, and no membership is required.
That said, membership unlocks more opportunities:
- Pro Plus members get priority review (usually within a week).
- Paying members can feature Album weddings on their profiles, ensuring that even non-featured submissions become part of their portfolio.
⚡ Bottom line: Submissions are open to everyone, but members get more ways to shine.
What are you looking for in a Featured wedding?
With more vendors joining and submissions increasing, we’re seeing a big uptick in weddings being sent our way. We still review quickly, but getting “featured” now means an event has to really stand out.
Cindy, our Editor-in-Cheif (who curates all Featured weddings), isn’t looking at membership status, vendor team, or wedding budget. She’s drawn to galleries that feel unique, special, and inspiring—whether it’s the couple, the details, or the setting. When she sees 50 similar weddings from Chicago, New York, or wine country in a single month, the ones that get published are the ones that truly catch her eye. You can see examples here: Featured Weddings.
Most non-featured submissions are still approved for Albums, which are available to all paying members. Albums showcase your work beautifully on your profile (see examples here: Bliss & Bone Albums) and keep your portfolio fresh.
And there’s more coming—soon, both Featured and Album weddings will have a chance to appear in a new search we’re building. That means every submission creates more opportunities to get seen, even if it isn’t selected as a Feature.
Wedding submission form issues
If you’re having trouble submitting the form, try these quick fixes:
-
Log out and log back in — start fresh.
-
Make sure your browser is up to date.
-
Close extra tabs. Uploading 50+ images requires a lot of memory.
-
Use web-sized images, not high-res. Upload 3–5 at a time, wait for them to appear, then add more.
-
Complete the form in one session. Submitting all at once works best.
Wedding submission approval process
We love seeing every wedding that comes through our doors — but because we receive hundreds of submissions each week, we can’t feature them all. Our editorial team carefully reviews each one, and you can expect to hear back within about 8 weeks of submission. Once reviewed, you’ll receive an email letting you know the status of your submission.
There are many reasons why a submission might not be featured — for example, not enough photos, missing vendor credits, or incorrect details. To give your wedding the best chance, be sure to submit a complete gallery and tag the full vendor team.
If you’re a Pro Plus member, your submissions are fast-tracked with priority review — usually within a week. If you plan to submit several weddings a year, priority review is one of the most valuable benefits of membership.
Because of the volume of submissions we receive, we kindly ask that you do not reach out about the status of your submission or to ask why it wasn’t featured. Rest assured, our team works diligently to review everything in a timely and thoughtful way.
The benefits of submitting a wedding
Your events are your work — and prospective clients want to see your amazing talents! Submitting weddings is the best way to showcase your creativity, reach new couples, and celebrate your vendor team.
When your submission is chosen as a Featured Wedding, it becomes part of our editorial spotlight:
- Your wedding receives its own dedicated page with the curated gallery and vendor team.
- It automatically displays on your profile and on the profiles of every vendor and venue involved.
- It’s eligible to appear across our ecosystem — from the homepage to our Featured Weddings hub, highlight galleries, AI-powered search, and even our social channels.
- With a social audience of over 1 million followers and more than 10 million monthly views, your work gets the visibility it deserves (never guaranteed).
And here’s the secret: consistent submissions keep your profile fresh. Couples want to see your most recent work, and updated galleries show you’re active, relevant, and in demand.
⚡ Bottom line: Submissions bring your portfolio to life, get your work discovered, and build momentum with clients.
What are the possible outcomes of my submission?
There are two exciting paths your wedding can take:
1. Featured Wedding
- Dedicated page with curated gallery + vendor team
- Automatically appears on your profile and on every vendor & venue profile tagged
- Eligible for homepage placement, our Featured Weddings hub, highlight galleries, AI-powered search, and even our social channels (all subject to the descrection of our creative team).
2. Album Wedding (Members only)
- Approved weddings that aren’t “Featured” can still shine!
- Paid members can showcase their Album weddings directly on their vendor profiles.
- With Albums, you can curate the gallery, highlight the vendor team, and share your work beautifully.
What are Albums?
Albums are a way to showcase weddings on your profile, even if they aren’t selected as a Featured wedding. Almost all approved submissions are eligible to become Albums, and they’re available to all paying members.
Think of an Album as a curated gallery on your profile—an easy way to highlight your work, keep your portfolio fresh, and show couples the range of events you’ve been part of. You can see examples here: Bliss & Bone Albums (scroll down to Portfolio section).
Albums also play an important role in what’s coming next: our new search feature. Soon, both Featured and Album weddings will surface in search results, giving every submission more ways to get discovered.
If a wedding I worked on is featured, will it also be posted on social media / Instagram?
Maybe! Not every published wedding is featured on our social channels (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Once published, weddings move over to our social team for consideration. Posting is entirely up to their editorial curation.
Because of the high volume of submissions, we can’t provide updates on whether your wedding will be featured on social — unless it’s absolutely necessary.
