Absaroka Cake Company is owned and operated by John Clover, he has been working as a professional chef for 30 years in high-end, fine dining restaurants and hotels, most of which were four-star and four-diamond rated. He has 3 daughters and John loves to cook, camp, and hang out withhis  dog, Sampson. He opened Absaroka Cake Company in 2017 when he saw a need for specialty cakes here in the greater Yellowstone area. Absaroka Cake Company has worked with individuals around the country to deliver dream wedding, birthday, and celebratory cakes ever since! John Clover loves what he does and would love the opportunity to work with you to create your perfect cake.
