Absaroka Cake Company is owned and operated by John Clover, he has been working as a professional chef for 30 years in high-end, fine dining restaurants and hotels, most of which were four-star and four-diamond rated. He has 3 daughters and John loves to cook, camp, and hang out withhis dog, Sampson. He opened Absaroka Cake Company in 2017 when he saw a need for specialty cakes here in the greater Yellowstone area. Absaroka Cake Company has worked with individuals around the country to deliver dream wedding, birthday, and celebratory cakes ever since!
