How do I book?
To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a 20% deposit. Fill out our inquiry form or email us directly, and we’ll be in touch with next steps and a custom proposal.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We are happy to accommodate dietary needs and allergies whenever possible. Please let us know in advance so we can create safe and delicious options for all your guests.

Do you provide staff?
Yes, all of our events include professional, friendly staff for setup, service, and breakdown. We also provide bartenders, servers, and event managers depending on the scale and style of your celebration.

Do you travel?
Yes! We’re based just outside of Boston and serve greater New England, including the Cape, the North Shore, the Berkshires, and beyond. A flat travel fee applies for events outside the Boston metro area.

Can you customize the menu?
Absolutely. We love working with clients to create a menu that reflects your style, theme, and favorite flavors. Whether it's a peach & mint spritz named after your dog or a crostini inspired by your grandmother’s garden, we’re here to bring your vision to life.

Do you have a minimum spend?
Minimums vary depending on the date, location, and size of your event, but typically range from $1,500–$2,500. Please reach out with your event details for a custom quote.

Do you offer alcohol?
Yes! Apritivo is a fully licensed 12C catering company with the ability to serve beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. We can also craft elegant non-alcoholic offerings like sparkling botanical mocktails and nitro coffee.
