Bella Magic & Events

Bella Magic & Events offers full-service and partial wedding planning, coordination, event design, floral design, décor, custom details, and production. Because many of these elements are handled in-house, we’re able to create a more cohesive experience from the first design concept through the wedding day itself.

We are based in Southern California and regularly work throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, the Inland Empire, Temecula, Malibu, and surrounding destinations. We also specialize in destination weddings throughout Lebanon and the MENA region and are available for celebrations beyond these areas depending on the event and scope.

Absolutely. Some of our couples come to us after already securing their venue or a few key vendors. We can step in at different stages of the planning process, assess what has already been completed, identify what is still needed, and build the right level of support around the couple.

Our design language is story-driven, romantic, intentional, immersive, layered, and deeply personal. Rather than designing around one signature “look,” we are drawn to creating environments that feel layered, elevated, and connected to the people we are designing for. We love beautiful structural florals, heavy candlelight, texture, unexpected details, and spaces that feel as beautiful to experience as they are to photograph.

Our work can move from timeless and ethereal to colorful, organic, editorial, or dramatic depending on the couple. The common thread is intention- every wedding should have its own visual identity rather than feeling like a variation of something we have created before. Every wedding, like our couples, has its own story.

Luxury is not simply about how much is in a room or how much something costs. To us, luxury is thoughtfulness.

It is the way guests move through a space, the atmosphere created by lighting and candlelight, beautifully considered florals, a menu that feels connected to the celebration, personalized details waiting at a place setting, and moments guests discover throughout the evening. When all of those elements speak the same language, the wedding feels effortless- even though an incredible amount of intention went into creating it.

We have a signature approach rather than a signature look.

We never want someone to look at a wedding and feel that we simply changed the flowers and color palette from the wedding before it. Our role is to understand who our couple is and then develop a creative world around them. Because of that, our portfolio intentionally spans different aesthetics, cultures, venues, and styles while still maintaining the level of detail and intentionality that defines Bella Magic & Events.

Often, it is not one grand installation. It is the accumulation of many layered thoughtful details.

A beautifully considered tablescape, an unexpected place card, florals that feel as though they naturally belong in the environment, candlelight at exactly the right height, meaningful stationery, the way a bar is styled, or a cultural detail interpreted in an unexpected way can completely change how a celebration feels.

We think about those details individually, but more importantly, we think about how they work together to tell one cohesive story.

Everywhere, but rarely from weddings or events alone. We find inspiration in a couple’s story, their culture, travels, favorite places, fashion, interiors, architecture, nature, food, art, and even the way they entertain at home.

Sometimes the smallest detail becomes the beginning of an entire design direction. We love taking something meaningful to a couple and translating it in a way that feels subtle and sophisticated rather than overly literal. The goal is never simply to create something beautiful; it is to create something that could only belong to that couple.

We approach every wedding as its own story rather than working from a formula or recreating a "trendy" aesthetic. We get to know our couples, what matters to them, and the experiences they want their guests to remember. From the overall environment to the smallest custom detail, everything is intentionally layered together to create a celebration that feels personal, elevated, and entirely their own.
