“Blake photographed my Manhattan Courthouse wedding in February of this year. He captured our day perfectly. He brought all sorts of cameras (medium format, 35 mm, digital etc) to capture the day. The photos he got of me and my husband are some of our favorite photos of us to date. He made us feel extremely comfortable in the front of the camera. He was efficient in getting the shots while making us feel totally at ease. I especially loved how he captured the small and lovely moments of our guests who were there celebrating us. Little moments that were captured on film that are so special to us. One of my favorite memories with Blake was when we were walking down a few blocks after the ceremony and we came across a man walking his Dalmatians. We stopped to pet the dogs and Blake knew it was a great NYC moment and he started to snap away. Those are some of my favorite photos because they were so real and not posed. He knew the moment was going to be photo-worthy and he was right! I am so glad he did that because he did not need to - considering we were just walking to another location. He really has an eye for that sort of thing. I highly recommend booking Blake for any event, elopement, ceremony etc. You will have the most fabulous pictures!!”
