After months and even years of meticulous planning, your wedding day goes by in the blink of an eye. You want to relish every moment, yet afterwards have images that are authentic; rich in truth and emotion that tell the story of you. This is what Cindy DeSau Photography is about. 'To preserve the most important moments in life gives me a deep sense of fulfillment, and I consider it an honor to work with couples on their wedding day. The most important thing to me is to capture your love genuinely and honestly. This personal approach will allow you to be yourself in front of my camera, to be relaxed and at ease so I may present the love between you and your partner in it's truest form. I believe images must not only be creative but also technically excellent. I have a level of experience that has taken years to master, from working with film and darkroom printing to state of the art mirrorless cameras. I am constantly drawing on a deep understanding of cameras and light and extensive knowledge of lenses, lighting, cameras and poses and the knowledge to use it all to it's full potential. As your photographer, I am working with you to create images that capture authentic moments and genuine emotion, all while seeking out the quiet moments that tell the story of your love. There are photos that I expect to get at every wedding of course, but the ones that give me the most fulfillment are those spontaneous and fleeting images, the moments that are revealed when people are relaxed and in-the-moment. Sometimes it's these moments in between the poses that are the most treasured.
