About Provender
Provender is a roaming wood-fired oven that brings a unique experience to any party. Provender merged a restored antique truck with a handcrafted Valoriani wood-fired oven. Provender is the natural progression and evolution of ideas. After the last 3 years of on-location dinners with The Farmer's Table they learned many things. In an effort to provide a unique experience and help carry the load of the Farmer's Table dinners, Provender was envisioned.
