I am German-born, Rhode Island and New York-based photographer and and I love to tell stories. I founded Stefy Hilmer Photography in 1998 and it has taking me to a lot of different places in the past 18 years and allowed me to take a glimpse of different sections of photography. From portraits and commercial to newspaper and finally all weddings. I have to say, I do love weddings by far the most. Why? Because I can tell a story. Your story. I am committed to capturing intimate moments by observing the scenery and finding ways to creatively express your story and create timeless photographs for generations to come. Professionally trained in Europe, I traveled the world as a photojournalistic photographer capturing life's most beautiful moments for various publications and clients. My work is published in Germany, Switzerland, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Spain, France, and the U. S.
