I’m based in Memphis, Collierville technically, and for the past 7 years I have been tearing up while taking pictures of my couples’ first dances…
The look you give each other when you think I’m not looking, the way you guys act and let go when I prompt you for my candid poses, the meal I earn after a 10-hour wedding… THAT’S MY WHY. Seven years ago, I picked up a camera, and I haven’t put it down since. I still tear up at first dances. That never gets old, and I’ve learned to hide behind the viewfinder until the tears dry up.
