Farm Road Estate offers a variety of enchanting settings for every part of your celebration. Exchange vows beside one of the serene ponds, on the elegant 1,450-square-foot bluestone terrace, or within the magical Enchanted Forest. The newly renovated Great Room, a former 18th-century sawmill, features exposed beams, hardwood floors, sparkling chandeliers, and a grand fireplace, creating a warm and inviting space for up to 115 guests. For larger gatherings, the expansive 7,200-square-foot event tent can host up to 300 guests for a breathtaking outdoor celebration.

Accommodations on-site comfortably host up to 75 guests across 20 charming suites in the historic Inn and cottages, along with two custom-designed luxury homes.

Opening in late 2025, The Riverside, a newly renovated inn under the Farm Road brand is situated on five scenic acres along the Deerfield River features 18 guest rooms and a stunning Event Barn! A wonderful addition to Farm Road!
