The property offers a diverse selection of venues to suit every occasion, from grand celebrations to intimate gatherings. The 3,050-square-foot Grand Ballroom hosts up to 160 guests with access to an outdoor courtyard, while the 1,400-square-foot Gallery Ballroom provides a more private setting for 80. For beachfront elegance, Santa Maria Beach welcomes up to 300 guests, and the oceanfront event lawns accommodate 180 each, perfect for romantic seaside weddings. Smaller gatherings find charm in the Mezcal private dining room with terrace for 24, the Marea Patio for 30, or the expansive 4,750-square-foot outdoor courtyard, ideal for pre-function events of up to 100 guests. Together, these spaces create a versatile portfolio of settings for unforgettable celebrations.

We are excited to share the rich bounty that the Baja region offers. Inspiration comes by way of the stunning ocean treasures from the Sea of Cortez to our exceptional produce grown at our local organic farms.
Montage Los Cabos allows you the flexibility to choose between an open bar package or have charges based on consumption. Open bar packages are priced per hour, per guest, while consumption packages are priced per drink consumed.
A/V equipment is not included. A full range of state-of-the-art a/v equipment is available through our in-house partner. Should you require anything, Inspire AudioVisual will contact you to discuss your needs and provide a current pricing list and quote.
The initial deposit is based on the percentage of the combined food and beverage minimum, venue rental fee, guestrooms, and all applicable taxes and service charges. The 25% deposit will be due upon signing and returning the catering agreement by the contracted due date.
Thirty days prior to your event, 100% of the estimated Master Account will be due, less previously submitted deposits, which will be credited toward the overall event costs. Should your event go over the amount pre-paid, our account department will charge the card on file the day after your event.
All food and beverage is subject to an 18% service charge and applicable taxes. Event space rental is subject to a 16% tax.
It is necessary to inform your Catering or Conference Services Manager of the exact number of guests for your event(s), by 12:00 noon, seven (7) business days prior to the event(s). This will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged.
A full-service wedding planner is required. If you are not already working with a planner, we would be happy to provide a list of recommendations.
