About Peak Events
The bright 10,000 square foot location, managed by RHC and encompassing the full 101st floor, has an a la carte restaurant, a private dining room, and an event space. A very sophisticated setting has been built for a dining experience at the summit of this 1,296-foot tall tower in collaboration with renowned architect David Rockwell and Rockwell Group; a wonderful spot to come to time and time again. Chef Cryer's long-standing partnerships with local fishermen, farmers, and purveyors, as well as a commitment to sustainability, are reflected in Peak's seasonal modern American menu. The menu is separated into three categories: Land, Sea, and Garden, with a focus on the purity of the ingredients and inspiration from New York City's different cuisines. The menu at Peak features gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Peak, the newest must-visit wine and spirits destination in New York City, has been founded by award-winning beverage director Zach Kameron. Our selection includes some of the world's best wines and spirits, with a concentration on New York-made items.
