Penthouse Suite

Located on the 8th floor, the Penthouse Suite offers 1200 square feet of indoor space equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, two bathrooms, and master bedroom while ultimately unveiling a show stopping 800 square foot outdoor terrace, the perfect open-air oasis for personal respite, small meetings, micro-weddings or special events.

Smythe Suite

Located on the 9th Floor, this specialty luxury suite offers 1,000 square feet of living space and a 300 square foot private terrace with direct views of the Empire State Building and One World Observatory. An excellent choice for smaller meetings, receptions, press events or other gatherings, the Smyth suite features a living area with sofa, half bathroom, and a dining table with seating for eight, all separate from a master bedroom and bathroom. 

Tribeca Suites

Located on the 6th and 7th Floors, each Tribeca Suite is 800 square feet and provides a range of efficient and comfortable luxuries designed to enhance your stay. Inside you’ll find spaces for relaxing, working, and entertaining . Featuring a master bedroom, living area with sofa, dining room with a table to seat six, kitchenette, workstation, and half bathroom, Tribeca Suites serve well not just for an evening stay but also as legal war rooms, informal meeting spaces, interviews, fashion and press events.

The Red Room

Smyth Tavern, the new restaurant with American tavern fare in the heart of Tribeca, offers a spacious private dining room, The Red Room. Named after the vibrant red color tones throughout the room, The Red Room offers a private bar, small lounge area and flexible seating in a dining room with high arched ceilings and a roaring fireplace. Perfect for weddings and celebrations, business meetings and more, The Red Room accommodates up to 85 people for a cocktail style event and 70 people for a seated dinner.

Galerie Bar

Located inside the Smyth Tribeca lobby, Galerie Bar features plush bar seating, lounge chairs and two cozy fireplaces, with timeless design elements like rich mahogany wood paneling and a curated art collection. Offering classic cocktails and bar bites, this intimate cocktail bar is perfect for a relaxing evening catching up with friends, a night cap, or a quick drink before dinner. Available for welcome parties, cocktail events or social gatherings for up to 90 guests.
