Our private 80-acre property is yours for the weekend! At your disposal are our three unique venues nestled between landscaped gardens, and a dedicated location for a tent. Situated on a hill in scenic Upstate New York, the grounds boast a panoramic view of bucolic rolling hills- perfect for an outdoor ceremony. The Farmer Cottage holds up to 10 guests for the weekend, making out Estate perfect for a destination or coming back home and plenty of room to get ready on-location. Built in 1804, we have an abundance of character and charm, but with renovations to include the comforts of modern amenities. 

Venues

Red Barn 20 | The original stables were renovated to include an indoor/outdoor bar, blue stone patio and firepit, ADA-compliant restrooms, a catering kitchen and additional tent and prep space, infrared heating, and an in-house sound system.

White Barn | Another original 1804 structure perfect for cocktail hour or a post-reception gathering. It has two lounges, and a large table is right across from our two outdoor bocci courts.

Bevedere | An open-air event pavilion with sidewalls for inclement weather, we love having this for an outdoor ceremony rain-plan, cocktail hour, or even a farewell brunch location. 

Backyard | Behind the estate home you'll find plenty of large oak trees, a stone water fountain, a white gazebo, a tree swing and even a small apple grove. 

Farmer Cottage | Host up to 10 guests with ensuite bathrooms (suite 1 is a light-filled room perfect for getting into your attire), a fully stocked kitchen, two indoor eating areas, a large deck with a grill and event a heated in-ground saltwater pool.

Amenities

Reception tables and chairs for up to 200, ceremony chairs for up to 200, 150 clear bubble umbrellas, portable heaters, and access to our inventory collection with lounge furniture and decor
