Working independently (with occasional family support), Ashanti  crafts custom cakes and treats for special events that go far beyond the typical dessert table.

Known for her bold flavor combinations, intricate designs, and culturally inspired creations, every piece is a personal, edible story tailored to each client. But her proudest achievement?
