From there, my love for wine led me to become a certified sommelier, allowing me to pair flavors and enhance dining experiences with an elevated touch.

As a Culinary School FOH (Front of House) Event Trainer & Teacher, I have mentored countless professionals in the art of hospitality, ensuring impeccable service and seamless execution. Having managed thousands of events, I understand that no two celebrations are the same. My personal wedding in Italy ignited an even deeper passion for destination events and bespoke experiences.
