Celebrity hairstylist and makeup artist, Emily McKim has nearly 15 years of experience in the hair and makeup world throughout Denver, Los Angeles, New York even internationally all over the world. Emily graduated with honors from the Paul Mitchell Academy in Denver, Colorado. She then, with tireless efforts, started breaking into her dream job of becoming a hair and makeup artists for the movies. It was at that time that Emily decided to make the move to Los Angeles where she started transforming red-carpet celebrities and stars onset. Emily has had the amazing opportunity to work and train with some of the biggest names in the industry from LA to New York and internationally in London, England. Emily has worked on some of your favorite celebrities and has had the privilege to work with productions such as: Netflix, Hulu, MTV,CMT, NBC, ABC, Mandalay Pictures, HBO and many more.

Emily is known for working her magic, specializing in a plethora of different realms in the beauty industry but one in particular are weddings. Making brides feel beautiful and glamours on their wedding day, is such an amazing feeling and really listening with establishing communication and a clear vision for her brides is one of the most  important things to her.

 Emily decided it was time to bring Denver and Los Angeles’ Luxury high end quality experiences to the city of Grand Rapids MI. Not only is Emily located in Grand Rapids but she is world wide spread and will travel and work wherever her brides take her! Most of her locations are Grand Rapids, LA, NYC, Chicago, Florida, and also on different destination weddings depending on each bride.
