Owned and operate by Tracy Cole Labastida, the name is derived from Tracy's life journey from a farmer turned chef. Since working in produce fields at a young age, it has been been Tracy's vision to create a company that sources local ingredients to craft amazing, mouth watering menus, and that provides excellent service on the days that matter most to people. We take pride in offering full service catering throughout the planning process and all the way through the day of the event.
