About Food First Events
Food First Events & Catering Co. came to life in 2005 when our Chef and owner, David Gussin graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, Ca. Chef Gussin went on to work in the kitchens of James Beard Award & Michelin Star chefs.
Chef Gussin’s resume includes heading up some of LA's hottest restaurants as their Executive Chef including: STK, Fig & Olive and Cleo -- not to mention our dedicated sushi chef studied under chef Katsuya. These experiences as executive chef managing a brigade of 50+ chefs and dining captains is what separates Food First Events from your everyday catering company!
Food First Events has since worked with many well known celebrities and clients such as Kevin Lee (the famous wedding planner), True Religion Jeans, the Housewives of Beverly Hills, E! Entertainment, CBRE, Estee Lauder, and many more. We look forward to catering to your needs!
