About Krystal Kast Photography
Krystal’s distinctive style is a unique balance of fine art, documentary, and timeless portraiture.
She uses both film and digital cameras for weddings and has been photographing weddings since 2007. Currently, she has shot over 450 weddings, ranging in size from elopements with zero guests to parties of over 500 guests.
Krystal is a graduate of the University of Montana’s Fine Art Department where she received a BFA in Fine Art specializing in photography and a minor in Media Arts focusing in film making.
Her recent published work has been featured in Style Me Pretty, Martha Stewart Weddings, The New York Times, Brides Magazine, Magnolia Rouge, Wedding Sparrow, and The Knot.
She lives in Chapel Hill and Napa Valley with her husband Maximilian who is a Master Sommelier and the Director of Bond Wine in Napa Valley.
