Led by photographer and storyteller Debra Casale, Lucky Thirteen approaches every wedding as a living narrative rather than a timeline of events. With over a decade of experience documenting weddings throughout New England and beyond, Debra photographs with an unobtrusive approach—allowing genuine emotion, movement, and connection to unfold naturally. When will we receive our photographs?

I make every effort to deliver your gallery within 4–6 weeks because I know how exciting it is to see your wedding through fresh eyes. Every image is carefully edited, and while some weddings may take a little longer during peak season, you'll always receive updates along the way.
We've never had professional photos taken. Will you help us feel comfortable?

Absolutely. Many of my couples tell me they're nervous in front of the camera. My job isn't to make you perform—it's to help you settle into each other. The best photographs happen when you stop thinking about the camera and simply enjoy the moment.
What is your photography style?

Quietly observant, gently guided, and deeply story-driven. I believe the most meaningful photographs are often the moments no one realized were becoming memories.
How will we receive our photographs?

Your final images are delivered in a private online gallery with full-resolution downloads and a print release. Select collections also include a private mobile gallery, custom albums, and heirloom products.
Do you work with a second photographer?

The Legacy Collection includes two photographers. A second photographer can also be added to The Story or The Heirloom as well.
Do you help with the wedding-day timeline?

Absolutely. I'll help build a photography timeline that leaves room for the moments you've planned and the ones you never expected.
How far in advance should we inquire?

Most couples reach out 9–18 months before their wedding, though it's always worth asking about your date.
Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely. Lucky Thirteen photographs weddings throughout New England, the UK, and wherever your story leads. Whether you're planning a coastal celebration in Rhode Island, a mountaintop ceremony in New Hampshire, or an intimate wedding across the Atlantic, I'd love to be part of it. Travel proposals are customized based on your location.
