Let our professional staff roll up to your wedding venue and prepare a variety of delicious mini lobster, crab, and shrimp rolls for your guests. Each rolls is made on a buttered & toasted split-top bun with a swipe of mayo, a 1/4 pound of fresh, sustainable seafood, a drizzle of lemon butter and a dash of our secret spice. We can cut rolls in half for a bite-sized snack, perfect for a cocktail hour!
