I created the first ever to the industry EntrePOP®. A classic entremet  in popsicle form dipped in real chocolate versus chocolate wafers. Think elevated cakesicle but a fancy sophisticated entremet that you can walk around with. No fork or plate required!

An entremet is a classic french cake with layers of cake, filling, enrobed in mousse and glazed. Typically found in America as small dome shaped cakes from bakeries.
