Parker & Paloma Events is a West Coast planning studio built for couples who want their wedding to feel like a genuine reflection of who they are — not a template.

Lead planner Natasha Cougoule spent eight years producing large-scale events for companies like Salesforce and Zoom before channeling that operational expertise into wedding planning. She's supported 50+ weddings, apprenticed alongside established planners, and planned her own — so she brings both world-class logistics and a deeply personal understanding of what's at stake.

What sets Parker & Paloma apart: genuine cultural fluency. Natasha's background in global DEI means she's genuinely skilled at honoring multi-tradition, multi-heritage celebrations — the kind of weddings where a Haldi, a Sangeet, a Ketubah signing, and a Hora all belong in the same weekend and each one gets the care it deserves.

  • Do you specialize in multicultural or multi-tradition weddings?

    Yes — and it's one of our greatest strengths. We have deep experience planning celebrations that blend cultural heritages and religious traditions, from Hindu-Jewish weddings to multi-day South Asian events. Natasha's background in global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion means nothing gets lost in translation.


  • Do you work with LGBTQIA+ couples?

    Always and enthusiastically. Natasha is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and Parker & Paloma is an unconditionally affirming space. Every couple deserves to be fully celebrated for exactly who they are.


  • How many weddings do you take per year?

    We intentionally limit our calendar to ensure every couple gets our full attention and creativity. We're currently booking 2027 — popular dates fill quickly, so we recommend inquiring early.


  • Are you available to travel outside the Bay Area?

    Absolutely. We're based in the Bay Area with hubs in Portland and Phoenix, and we travel worldwide. Destination wedding fees vary by location — just ask.
