Parker Paloma is a West Coast planning studio for couples whose celebrations carry more than one tradition, one aesthetic, or one set of expectations.
Lead planner Natasha Cougoule spent eight years producing large-scale events for companies like Salesforce and Zoom before bringing that operational rigor to weddings. Fifty-plus weddings later, she leads a studio known for celebrations that are bold, culturally specific, and impeccably run.
What sets Parker Paloma apart is cultural fluency. Natasha builds weekends where a Haldi, a Sangeet, a Ketubah signing, and a Hora all belong — and each one gets the research, the vendor sourcing, and the care it deserves. Nothing is handled as an add-on.
The studio produces across the Bay Area, Portland, Phoenix, and Palm Springs, with preferred planner relationships at Harvest Inn, Berkeley City Club, Berkeley Country Club, Brindare Napa Valley, and The Saguaro Palm Springs.
Full Service partnerships begin at $15,000 or 15% of vendor budget. Supportive Planning begins at $8,500.

We have deep experience planning celebrations that blend cultural heritages and religious traditions, from Hindu-Jewish weddings to multi-day South Asian events. How many weddings do you take per year?
We're capping our calendar at 15 weddings a year starting in 2028, with no back-to-back weekends — so every couple gets the full attention of our team in the weeks that matter most. We're currently booking 2028. Popular dates go early.
Are you available to travel outside the Bay Area?
We're based in the Bay Area with hubs in Portland and Phoenix, and we regularly produce in Napa, Sonoma, and Palm Springs. Destination weddings beyond those markets are considered case by case — just ask.
