The Elegant Confectionery is an artisanal boutique bakery that specialize in mini Petite Fours Glace and Petite Cakes.  We believe that sweet bites and cakes should be indulgent from having amazing flavors made from traditional and decadent tastes, handcrafted from scratch for your order.

Our mini Petits Fours Glace are single bites with a pop of flavor, that wow the eyes. The Petite Cakes are beautiful mini round cakes, customized to your tastes and decoration.  The Elegant Confectionery also offers several options for full cakes if needed.

We bake without preservatives or anything artificial, and use locally sourced ingredients when possible.  We also import the finest ingredients like Callebaut Chocolate from Belgium, Natural Odense Marzipan from Denmark, and natural specialty French poured fondant.  Even our decorations are made with food colors sourced from a specialty company in California that create their colors without the dyes and preservatives found in normal colors.
