Our Head Pastry Chef, Ashley Joslin, received her degree in Pastry Arts from the highly esteemed Johnson & Wales University, where she trained under the top culinary experts in the world. While working as an executive pastry chef for popular Cleveland establishments, Ashley began Top Tier Cakes out of her home. Now with her own team in place, she has brought her vision to a full-service bakery and cake studio in Westlake, OH. Top Tier Cakes provides pastries for every occasion: wedding cakes, graduation cakes, and cookie trays.
