Peggy Tarpley is originally from Cincinnati. She moved to New York City directly after college for a fashion design career with American Eagle Outfitters. She spent eight years with American Eagle, designing womens woven and knit tops.  In 2016, Peggy Tarpley started Whodrew as a side business; illustrating calendars and showcasing her watercolors on Instagram (whodrewnyc).  Eventually, this side business became her full time passion and career.

She has recently moved back to Cincinnati with her husband and daughter.  She works with brides across the country designing custom wedding invitations and one of a kind day-of stationery items.
