Hi, I'm Lauren, and I run a small home bakery in Jackson Hole, WY. I have had multiple couples comment "I can't believe the whole cake was eaten!". Yes, that is my goal. I create unique and truly delicious cakes, that are far from the boring, dense, overly sweet cakes that folks think of when they hear "wedding cake". I use light and fluffy chiffon cake, filled with flavorful fillings, and finished with silky Swiss meringue buttercream. Let's chat about creating the perfect cake for your big day!
