The Swedish American Hall is rich with history, culture, and artistry. Located in the heart of the Castro, the Hall has played host to weddings, movie premieres, intimate gatherings in our basement speakeasy, and large scale events - all unique and customized to our guests. Swedish American Hall is a gathering place for thousands of SF residents and visitors each year, and is home to Cafe du Nord, an underground speakeasy perfect for your reception or after party. Our venue contains 4 individual halls that be rented in a variety of combinations to host groups between 50 and 200.
