Our Ranch is perfectly nestled deep in the wedding capital of Texas and offers a unique blend of rustic bohemian chic with weathered wood, aged tin, and willow sphere lighting combined to create a romantic and memorable event.

There really is something so magical about our towering oak trees and lush Hill Country landscape that inspires those who walk through our doors.

When it comes to weddings and other special events, there isn’t a venue quite like Vista West Ranch. From rustic to glamorous, to bohemian or modern, our venue easily transforms into the backdrop for your dream wedding day.

Couples booking their wedding here will also have access to a full in-house DJ package, two certified and insured bartenders, and an on-site day-of-event coordinator to help bring your wedding vision to life.

In addition to a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, the venue also includes a large Biergarten with a bar, two fire pits, a waterfall feature, and festoon lighting that adorns the mature oak trees around the property.

The reception barn is a mix of boho and rustic styles with an indoor bar, burlap drapes, willow sphere lighting, and a lush babies’ breath altar with room for up to 250 guests to enjoy. 25 eight-foot farm tables and 250 fruitwood folding chairs are also included in the rental. A prep area, double commercial margarita machine, and keg taps at the indoor reception bar and outdoor cocktail area are also provided.
