Steve’s culinary point of view is firmly Arizona-influenced New American cuisine, with the exception of the dishes inspired by Kristine’s Italian heritage. His menu writing process honors the integrity of ingredients and finding ways to express intrinsic flavors. Never fussy, always thoughtfully composed, and never sacrificing the beauty in food are hallmarks we stand by.
