​Andrew, founder and owner, prides himself on balancing style, personalization, and ease, while being committed to creating a stress-free and fun day, where everyone can relax and enjoy the memories throughout the wedding.

Andrew loves designing and executing special moments and helping to turn them into unforgettable memories. He carries this principle through planning each event to the last detail. Andrew has worked in the event industry since college where he organized university events: homecoming, parades, dances, and fundraisers. He's always gotten joy from seeing people come together. From there, he worked in New York City and Washington, DC, ending up in the wedding and event industry. He's had the honor of working on hundreds of weddings, from elegant affairs to intimate gatherings. Andrew planned his own wedding and was always "that friend" assisting family and friends with their weddings from planning and design, to helping the bride bustle her dress or making sure the band knows what's going on. He eventually started getting asked to plan and coordinate in a more formal capacity, and that's how A.Carey Events started. 
Andrew loves getting to know couples throughout the process, making sure their dreams and wishes are executed with precision and planning. He loves the creative side of weddings, especially keeping in mind the guest experience. He wants his client's style to shine so you and your guests have lasting memories of the most perfect day!
