There are so many great photographers you could choose from, so right away I want to thank you for being here and considering me for the job. And let me tell you a little about myself and what sets me apart: I am a Fine Art Film Wedding & Portrait Photographer, which I know is quite the mouthful. What it means is I photograph both Weddings and Portrait Sessions; my medium is primarily Film, but I do also shoot Digital Photography; and I curate everything I photograph so you can think of me as your Art Director, in addition to your Photographer. You will walk away with images that tell your story, exude emotion, and are curated with an editorial touch so they would fit into the pages of any high-end magazine.

I am based in Charlottesville, Virginia, and I love to travel, so I am always available to travel worldwide for your wedding and/or Portrait Session (think Engagements, Bridals, Boudoir, Formals). In fact, I travel for almost all of my clients and have photographed weddings/shoots in 23 states & 9 countries so far. My photography is a mix between storytelling and editorial. Above all my images show emotion and feel raw, so you can relive your most meaningful moments again and again. I shoot with Film so I can deliver classic and timeless photography while giving you those creamy skin tones and beautiful grain that makes you nostalgic for the days of collecting pages from your favorite fashion magazine and taping up a wall collage for inspiration.

My couples value photography and put their trust in me to capture all of them, even when it feels vulnerable. I'm a big believer in beauty coming from an inner place of letting go. Spend some time with me and you'll see exactly what I mean. The images we capture at the later half of our time together will be vastly different than the ones from the very beginning; and that is because you will have opened up and flourished under my lens.

I am happily married myself and have spent pretty much my entire adult life with my husband. I am a big believer in love and marriage and the power of joining two souls together. We have 3 adorable monsters and I love being a mom and experiencing life through my kids' eyes. My weeks are filled with dirty dishes, unmade beds, and let's be honest—not enough showers—but I wouldn't have it any other way. I hope to be a part of your life + your big day.
