Weddings aren’t our only specialty, as we also excel at planning dinner parties, family reunions, birthdays, welcome and engagement parties, proposals, corporate events, showers, plus many more. 

No matter big or small, we plan events of any size all around Cape Cod and surrounding areas. Don’t want your wedding in Cape Cod? No problem! We will fly worldwide for day of coordination services. 

Our services include full/partial planning, and a la carte services.  

Full planning- In this option, we've got every step of the wedding planning process covered. While you’ll have 100% of the final say to decisions and other options, we work with you to find your venue, vendors, any details, as well as assisting with logistics and day of schedule.  

Partial Planning- Although you must find a venue independently, we step in when it’s time to tie in the final details like vendors and other logistics. This package also comes with day of coordination.  

A la carte services- Need assistance on a particular project? This package allows for the option to pay for custom tasks, and book individual service hours rather than a full-service package. 

Advice Services – Need our advice? Work on planning your wedding independently, and come to your session prepared with potential venues, vendors, questions etc. Although our job is to give you ample suggestions and tips, we do not book the wedding services for you. We are committed to keeping you on track, assigning tasks in priority order, helping with details, and reviewing any steps of planning. Our services are ideal for couples who want full control of the planning but want to utilize a subject matter expert for guidance along the way. 

Day of/month of event coordination- During this time, the countdown is on! 60 days before the wedding, final reviews of all orders and contracts will be conducted to ensure each detail is good to go. Additionally, a day of document is created to finalize the schedule of your big day. This is to make sure every part of the wedding runs smoothly. Typically, 2 event coordinators will be there to assist the whole event, including set up/take down, and guest ushering.
