Originally based in NYC with a background in the fashion industry, Erica began focusing on weddings and events over a decade ago appealing to fans of a “less is more” beauty, stemming from a desire to offer an alternative to the heavy-handed, airbrushed, strip lash style so common in the wedding beauty world. Now based in Rhode Island, she is well-known as a specialist in “skin & spirit” focussed beauty experiences—frequently tailored towards clientele who prefer her signature skin-first approach, steeped in nuance and practicing the magical art of restraint. In March 2022, Erica officially merged with her hairstylist partner, Renee Russo, and they now operate exclusively as the duo known as “Erica Renee Beauty”, offering their unique, hospitality-driven concierge beauty experiences for luxury events and clientele, traveling worldwide.
