About Fog City Entertainment

In 1996, Fog City Entertainment began performing at Bay Area events with the simple business principle of providing professional, customer-focused services for private parties and corporate events. The company was founded by Russ Catanach, who has worked with major Bay Area Radio stations including Alice@97.3, Star 101.3 (then K101) and Kiss-FM. He was the first DJ. Almost 20 years later, Fog City Entertainment was owned by Michael Santillan—also a DJ—who performed at over 300 events annually. Michael expanded the company beyond the Bay Area to service the greater Los Angeles Area, Monterey Bay Area, Sacramento, and the Central Valley. In 2020, veteran DJ Ashley Good now runs the show.

Over the last two decades, Fog City Entertainment has grown from a DJ company to a full-service entertainment company featuring live music, entertainers, sound and lighting, multimedia shows, and more. FCE is now home to some of the best DJs in the country. Our DJs perform regularly at night-clubs throughout California (and the world). They have been featured on national radio stations, and have hosted daily radio shows.
