About Iron City Strings

Iron City Strings is a string quartet (2 violins, 1 viola, 1 cello) comprised of members of the Alabama Symphony Orchestra and highly sought-after professional chamber music, and recording musicians. Founded in 2018 in Hoover, Alabama, all our musician each has over 15 years of experience in the industry, and have worked with various professional symphonic orchestras such as Alabama Symphony Orchestra, Nashville Symphony Orchestra, Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, Tuscaloosa Symphony, and Huntsville Symphony, and performed with acts such as Peter Gabriel, the Eagles, Transiberian Orchestra, the Star War Orchestra Tour.

We work closely with you and/or your planner through each planning stage of your music selections, and know how to help you plan and deliver the perfect music before, during, and after your wedding ceremony or special event.

Our music spans across multiple genres (classical, top-40, jazz, R&B, cinematic, video game, modern worship, Studio Ghibli...to name a few), and our repertoire is constantly growing. From Beethoven and Mozart to the Beatles, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars and music from Final Fantasy, Iron City Strings is here to take the stress off of you music planning and help create the perfect musical backdrop to your event.
