For over 20 years she has been working in the wonderful world of on-location hair and makeup , focusing on local and destination weddings along with special events, transforming brides on their very special day. In addition to offering on-location hair and makeup service, Julie has been teaching photography makeup to upper division photography students at Brooks Institute, a world-renowned photography school in Santa Barbara and Ventura County in California.
