Hi, we are Kasey & Rachael with Kasey Schaffer Events. KSE is a luxury wedding & event planning & design team. We plan more than just your event, we provide you with an elevated experience tailored unique to you. We are dedicated to detail, design & execution, and truly believe that we were born to plan events! We have successfully designed & executed over 300 different types of events over the past decade. We have a great deal of experience in planning weddings & events in different locations and venue types all over the world.

Our events are distinctive. We spend time getting to know you and your needs so that we can create detailed design plans that act as the framework for the entire event. Our goal is to keep you calm and collected throughout your event day by creating an environment of patience, positivity and joy. One of our favorite parts of the day is seeing our client walk into the event for the first time after we have perfectly executed their vision. We plan, you party!

We pride ourselves on the impeccable organization and execution of our events. No detail is left unseen with KSE. We manage all contracts, invoices, notes, payment reminders, etc. We provide you with budgeting tools, timelines, layouts, checklists, and even an online software to keep you on track.

One of the most important things we do as your planner is to hire the best creative partners for your event. We work with 100+ vendors all over the U.S. and always make sure to vet each vendor before booking. We own all vendor communication, removing hundreds of emails from your inbox so that you can focus on what is important.

The KSE experience is extremely individualized. We only take on a finite number of weddings per year. Because when we say full service, we mean it! We make each bride a top priority. When you choose to be a KSE bride, we choose you too.
