Hi friends! I'm a couples coach (think life coach for couples) & I've designed a pre-marital coaching program that's perfect for any engaged couple who wants to lay an excellent foundation for their new marriage. Here's more about the program:WHAT IT ISThis is a 4-session pre-marital coaching program done in person in San Francisco or remotely over Google Hangouts. The program is completely secular. Our focus will be on helping you and your partner build upon the stellar aspects of your relationship while working to improve any less-than-satisfying parts. We'll cover all the bases Û from learning about your partner's deepest desires to deciding who's gonna take out the trash. WHAT YOU'LL GETYou & your partner will come away with conscious agreements made between the two of you, a shared vision of your life together, and an actionable roadmap of your future. You'll also gain a deeper understanding of what your partner wants, needs, and expects from your marriage. Special attention can be paid to communication skills & conflict management tools if that's desired. WHO IT'S FORThis program is for seriously dating, engaged, committed (but not necessarily intending to wed), and newlywed couples. My methods are based on a coaching model (not a therapy model) so this program is not necessarily for couples who are struggling Ò though they're welcome too.
