Our journey began 60 years ago with Adilia Benitez, who turned their passion for sewing and tailoring into a family legacy. Today, we are proud to be a generational business dedicated to providing exceptional wedding Dress alterations. Funded by Maria Benitez and Daniela Benitez.
My story began when I was a little girl. I would see my mother design and assemble peace by piece the garments of her time . When I was 16 years old, I had the opportunity at my school to take my first steps in learning design and sewing at a professional level. Incredibly, in 1990 I was graduating obtaining a degree in design and sewing. Profession that I practiced as an instructor for many years in my country El Salvador.

More than a decade ago I arrived in Dallas, TX, where I have worked on wedding dress alterations, developing more experience and skill in what I am most passionate about. With more than 35 years of experience the magic continues until now.

Since her early age Daniela continued the family legacy in sewing, becoming my right hand- partner.Upon graduating from The University of North Texas with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, she decided to pursue her dream of creating a business she is truly passionate about. Her goal is to assist every bride have her dress exactly as envisioned on her special day. It is unwavering passion and dedication that powers the growth of Luna Azul Bridal Alterations.
