Our full-service planning experience begins at $14,500, with most clients investing between 10–12% of their overall wedding budget on planning and design services. We use a percentage-based pricing model because it allows our level of involvement and support to scale appropriately alongside the scope and complexity of the wedding.

While every celebration is different, our full-service clients typically have wedding budgets starting around $125,000+. More than a specific number, we focus on whether a couple’s overall vision, priorities, and expectations align realistically with their investment.

As a general guideline, many of the weddings we plan average around $1,000+ per guest, though that can vary significantly depending on location, guest count, production needs, and overall design goals.

We guide you through the day, keep the timeline moving, oversee setup and production, coordinate vendors, troubleshoot issues before they become problems, and ensure everyone involved has what they need to do their jobs successfully.

With a background in design, I naturally approach weddings from a creative perspective, but the beauty of a wedding means very little if the experience behind it feels stressful or disconnected.
