Monica pairs two decades of floral experience, a passion sparked in her aunt’s flower shop at twelve years old, with the meticulous organization of her background in education. As a proud Latina-owned business offering bilingual consultations in English and Spanish, Monica ensures that families feel deeply connected and understood throughout the design process. Alongside her right hand and Lead Designer, Connie, the MJM team brings a calm, grounded presence to behind-the-scenes logistics, handling complex venue installations seamlessly so couples can remain fully present.
